If you wish to pay with a credit card,  first fill out this google docs form, and e-mail Jim Ruid that you have registered and payment information will be process through PayPal.

Once you have completed the above process, please follow the link below to complete the St. Thomas easy one-step registration process.

Please do not register with St. Thomas before you send the above registration form to CTR.
